He has spent almost 30 years handling and litigating injury claims for plaintiffs with a focus on the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act and the Virginia Workers Compensation Act. He has litigated cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for Eastern District of Virginia, the Office of Administrative Law Judges, the Benefits Review Board, the Virginia Supreme Court, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Greg Camden earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Maryland University College in 1991, graduating Cum Laude. Less than three years later, he completed his Juris Doctorate at Regent University School of Law in 1994.
Throughout his legal career, Greg Camden has earned memberships to various organizations. He is currently a member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. He is a former member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court Rules Committee and Advisory Committee, too. He has also been invited to speak at many professional lectures, including recent invitations to the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission Education Conference and Workers’ Injury Law Group Conference.
